Leverage AI to Win Listings & Build Your Brand

EMC Monday Mastermind Recap with Corinne DeFilippis

What if AI could help you save hours every week, create a customized listing presentation, organize your business, and still give you more time to do the one thing AI can't replace: talking to people?

In this week's Every Move Collective Mastermind, top-producing REALTOR® and AI power user Corinne DeFilippis shared how she's using artificial intelligence to work smarter, create more value for clients, and build a more efficient business.

If you missed the live session (or don't have an hour to watch the replay), here's your Cliff Notes version.

1. Start With Mindset, Not AI

Before talking about specific tools, Corinne emphasized that succeeding in today's real estate environment starts with your mindset.

Instead of focusing on everything changing around you, focus on what you can control:

  • Your skills

  • Your willingness to adapt

  • Your schedule

  • Your daily actions

Corinne shared a simple framework:

Skill + Will + Schedule

You need to know what to do, be willing to do it, and actually make time for it.

AI can help with efficiency—but it can't make you take action.

2. AI Should Create More Time for People

One of the biggest themes throughout the Mastermind was that AI isn't replacing relationships.

Corinne shared that approximately 90% of her business has come from outbound prospecting, reinforcing the importance of proactively creating conversations.

Her philosophy can be summed up as:

Human Intelligence + Artificial Intelligence

AI can help you research, organize, write, and complete repetitive tasks faster.

But agents still need to:

  • Build relationships

  • Have conversations

  • Create trust

  • Negotiate

  • Understand their clients

The goal isn't to replace the agent.

It's to give the agent more time to be an agent.

3. Don't Try to Learn Every AI Tool

With new AI platforms appearing constantly, it's easy to feel overwhelmed.

Corinne's advice?

Don't try to learn everything.

Instead, choose a few tools and learn how they can solve real problems in your business.

Some of the tools discussed included:

  • Claude

  • Claude Pro

  • Claude Co-Work

  • WhisperFlow

  • AI integrations and connectors

WhisperFlow, for example, can turn your voice into text, making tasks like emails, DMs, and writing much faster.

The bigger lesson is simple:

Find the tasks that consume your time and look for ways to make them easier.

4. Use AI to Create a Better Listing Presentation

One of the most practical demonstrations showed how AI can help agents create a custom listing presentation for a specific property.

Instead of bringing the same generic presentation to every listing appointment, AI can help build a strategy around:

  • The property

  • Market conditions

  • Comparable sales

  • Potential buyers

  • Buyer personas

  • Marketing strategy

  • The seller's situation

Imagine interviewing 15 agents who all bring similar information.

Then one agent walks in and says:

Here's your home. Here's who is most likely to buy it. Here's how we're going to reach them. And here's why our strategy is different.

That's how AI can help agents stand out.

5. Stop Marketing to Everyone

Another powerful takeaway was using AI to identify who is most likely to buy a specific property.

For the example property discussed during the Mastermind, AI created a detailed buyer profile based on factors such as age, location, lifestyle, commute, and price sensitivity.

Instead of simply asking:

"How do I market this house?"

Agents can start asking:

"Who is most likely to want this house—and why?"

That information can influence your messaging, marketing strategy, and positioning.

You're not just marketing a house.

You're marketing it to the people most likely to want it.

6. Make AI Work With Your Brand

A common concern is whether AI-generated content will actually look and sound like you.

Corinne explained that you can give AI information about your:

  • Brand colors

  • Fonts

  • Visual style

  • Messaging

  • Business

  • Marketing approach

You can also provide documents such as CMAs, PDFs, property information, buyer profiles, and photos.

The more context you give AI, the more customized its output can become.

And don't expect the first version to be perfect.

Prompt it. Review it. Tell it what to change. Repeat.

One of Corinne's prompting tips was to give AI a role before asking it to complete a task.

Instead of:

"Create a listing presentation."

Try:

"Act as an experienced listing agent and real estate marketing strategist..."

Don't just tell AI what to do. Tell it who it should be while doing it.

7. Use AI to Provide Value Before You Get the Business

Corinne also shared how agents can use AI during the listing process before a seller has even committed to them.

Instead of sending another:

"Just checking in!"

Create something useful specifically for that potential client.

For example:

  • A buyer profile

  • A customized market overview

  • Marketing ideas

  • A neighborhood report

  • An open house resource

The goal is to provide value before asking for anything in return.

Don't just tell potential clients what you can do. Show them.

8. Let AI Handle the Work That's Overwhelming You

Corinne demonstrated Claude Co-Work, showing how AI can interact with your desktop, browser, and other tools you're already using.

One of her most eye-opening examples involved her email inbox.

She shared that she started with approximately 124,000 emails and reduced that number to approximately 8,000 emails in two weeks by using Claude to help clean out old messages and unsubscribe from things she no longer needed.

The lesson isn't simply about email.

It's about looking at the parts of your business that feel overwhelming and asking:

"Could AI help me handle this?"

AI isn't just for creating content.

It can also help you organize, research, clean up, and automate.

9. Turn Training Into an Action Plan

Corinne encouraged agents to give AI context about their business, goals, challenges, niche, brand, and workflow.

One especially useful idea was taking the transcript from a training like this Mastermind and putting it into your AI tool.

Then ask:

"Based on everything I just learned, create a personalized action plan for my business."

Now the training doesn't just stay in your notes.

It becomes an implementation plan.

Final Takeaways

This Mastermind wasn't simply about learning new AI tools.

It was about learning how to use technology strategically.

The agents who get the most out of AI will be the ones who:

  • Use AI to save time

  • Create more personalized client experiences

  • Build better listing presentations

  • Understand their target buyers

  • Automate repetitive tasks

  • Continue prioritizing relationships

You don't need 100 AI tools.

You don't need to automate your entire business.

Pick one tool. Solve one problem. Take one action.

And then use the time you save to do what AI can't:

Build relationships, have conversations, and serve your clients
