  5. Always offer two appointment options


She emphasized: your next deal is probably already in your phone. You just have to reconnect.


5. The Follow-Up Formula That Converts


Persistence wins. Sherri's team doesn't give up after one or two unreturned calls. She shared a real example of closing a seller who replied after 11 months of consistent (but pressure-free) follow-up.


Her advice: keep adding value. Offer a CMA, market update, or even just a quick check-in.
