Casey kicked off by asking the group:“Have you ever noticed how we can be clear on what needs to be done… and still not do it?”

Instead of trying to improve everything at once, Casey recommended selecting ONE area of focus for 2026 — the area that, if leveled up, would positively impact every other area of your life and business.
Some options might be:
Your physical health to boost energy and resilience
Your relationships to build trust in business
Your mindset and wealth consciousness
Your spiritual alignment or connection to purpose
This intentional focus helps prevent overwhelm and creates measurable traction.
